Is Infospace's Hypermart being sold?
My spin: I've used web host hypermart for years and LOVE them. I got this email a few days ago. You tell me - what does it mean? (or maybe a lawyer just saw this oversight in their "permission" policy?

Please be advised that InfoSpace, Inc. is making certain changes to the HyperMart Privacy Policy. The changes will allow InfoSpace to
transfer your personally identifiable information associated with your [my account name] account to a third party in the event of a merger, acquisition or other change in ownership of HyperMart. Other than in connection with a merger, acquisition or other change in ownership of HyperMart, our privacy policy will continue to provide that your individually identifiable information will not be transferred
to a third party without your consent.

The HyperMart Terms of Use provide that we may change our policies at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ELECTION WILL ALSO RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SERVICES AND YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND FOR ANY PRE-PAID AMOUNTS. If you would like to discontinue your use of the site and
have your personally identifiable information deleted from our systems, please follow steps 1 and 2 below before 5:00 pm PDT on June 19, 2003:
