Scoop: CDW's hi-turnover
I wish I had more on this, and I will get more. However, one Achilles heel of CDW is high turnover. A local consultant sees you, builds a relationship with his/her customers and etc. But a sales rep who just takes orders...what a life. It's one thing to have high-turn over at PC Mall who has more of a consumer focus, but for businesses it CAN be frustrating to get an email every few months saying YOUR CDW sales rep has been replaced.
