Information Week: IBM Posts Gains In Earnings And Revenue
My spin This shows us what it takes to win - focus on something and go for it. Dell is killing everyone in hardware sales (including IBM) but it's focused on selling hardware - at low prices. IBM is NOT focused on selling LOW cost hardware, but is selling it, but it's main focus is on integration services and guess what --- it's working!
News Clip: First-quarter revenue from continuing operations rose 11% from a year earlier, while net income was up 8%.
