ZD Net: Toshiba steps up Pocket PC features
My spin PDA's are getting closer to being full fledged computers. Personally, I want a simple PDA (but not too simple) and a fast notebook computer
News Clip: Toshiba Computer Systems announced Tuesday its $599 Pocket PC e750 handheld device. The new model comes with 96MB of memory and a 400MHz Intel XScale PXA255 processor, as well as voice over IP via an integrated headphone/microphone jack on the hands-free headset. The Pocket PC device also sports CompactFlash II and Secure Digital expansion slots and offers built-in Wi-Fi wireless connectivity. The e750 is a new version of Toshiba's e740 device, which was introduced in the middle of last year. (full story)
