Uh-oh - News Factor: Dell Will Find HP's Printer Act Hard To Follow
My spin Hmmm. This is a really hard call. If Dell's "you ink is low" automated system works well, Dell just might be able to win. Free shipping - there's no risk to the customer.
News Clip: Dell was late to the storage market but has made some progress selling relatively inexpensive, simple devices. It was late to sell servers, too, but is now one of the few companies enjoying growth in that area. But I think Dell will have a much harder time catching up with Epson, Canon and HP in the printer market.
