News Factor: Online Microsoft CRM Application Debuts
My spin Now MS has both bases covered - online application and server based versions of MS CRM. The CRM landscape has entered another chapter - the Microsoft factor. Intuit beat MS in the financial software arena, but that was then this is NOW. Will MS CRM take off, or in a few months will we hear that it's being mothbolled? Is Salesforce.com, BEST Software, and others worried? Should they be?
News Clip: Microsoft Business Solutions and partner Surebridge have introduced the first hosted version of Microsoft CRM, called CRM Online. Surebridge, which recently acquired ManagedOps.com, another Microsoft partner that was developing a similar offering, is the first vendor to provide a Web-based version of Microsoft's recently unveiled CRM application.
