CNet: Report: Don't overspend on technology
My spin:I've been saying this for ages, and any good IT consultant will tell you the same. Sure, you need to have a decent budget for IT expenses, but don't go overbored and think the more you spend the better off you'll be. You could spend till you die and only find your making bad businesses processes worse in fact!
A new research report suggests that companies can't outperform their competitors simply by outspending them on technology.
