News Factor: The Unstoppable Flood of Spam
My spin:I recently started getting my email from Zorka and guess what, my spam intake has DECREASED quite a bit. They use a product call Spam Assassin that does a pretty good job of catching spam. It has a filtering system that tags mail on various properties. Here's a sample of how it looks below. You can see that it ranks different parts of the email. If it adds up to 6 points, it tags it as spam and dumps it into a spam folder. The ONLY problem I've encountered is that it has tagged some of my ezines as spam and even emails from individuals. My solution is that I've just used another email account ONLY for ezines!
