My spin: You talk about excitement! The small-medium sized business market is HOT, HOT, HOT. Microsoft is holding nothing back from dominating in this broad market and its competitors are launching everything they have to reach and sell to this at times elusive market. Influencers, channel, advertising...there's so many ways to sell to them. Then what about support. What about the "up sell"....these are exciting times and the companies like Microsoft, Intuit, BEST, Front Range, DELL, HP and many other are who can offer a full suite of compelling solutions will do VERY well.
