Bonnie Markowitz writes in Var Business Magazine how TEC, a San Diego based int'l org representing 7,000 SMB CEOs that a TEC poll of approx. 1,200 SMB CEOs predict that the economy is going to get better by the 2nd half of 2002.
IN addition more than 44% expect to gain sales of more than 10%
