NY Daily News: Tech Bounce Delayed: Dell
NY Daily News: Dell Computer execs said a tech spending recovery will be pushed back until the end of the year รณ and take a year and a half to really boot up.
Company founder Michael Dell had predicted a revival for this spring.
"We are starting to see some of the [PC] replacement projects rolling over," Dell said, but demand is "ever so incrementally improving."
