GoldMine Update On Tap
From CRN: FrontRange to offer e-mail integration, better synchronization
FrontRange Solutions said it is updating its popular GoldMine application by adding Microsoft Exchange and Outlook integration and improving synchronization.
The update, GoldMine Sales & Marketing 2002, is due to debut this week and should make it easier for SMBs to foster collaboration between sales and support staff who need CRM and colleagues who may need to work with them but don't want the full application, said Raj Patel, FrontRange CTO.
